Request removal without the app
This form is available to Android and iOS users, including if you have uninstalled Roofer Quote. You do not need to download the app or sign in to this website.
- Enter the email address used for your Roofer Quote account.
- Choose account and associated data deletion, or selected data removal.
- Identify the account or records concerned and submit your request.
We may contact you to verify ownership before taking action. A saved request is not confirmation that deletion has already happened.
14-working-day grace period
Data will be removed within 14 working days, providing a grace period. If you change your mind before removal is completed, contact us through the contact form and include your request reference. Once completed, deletion is permanent; keep copies of documents you need first.
What your request covers
Account deletion requests cover your Roofer Quote account and its associated personal and business data, including customer records, quotes, invoices, recorded payments, signatures, photos and settings. Selected-data requests cover the records you identify, without requesting closure of the whole account.
Copies already held independently by customers, contractors, payment providers or app stores are not deleted by Roofer Quote. If a legal obligation requires a particular record to be retained, we will explain the reason and the applicable retention period when handling your request.
Cancel store subscriptions separately
You are responsible for cancelling any Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store billing.
