Information used by the service
The app works with account and business details, customer contact details, site addresses, quotes, invoices, payment records, signatures and photos you choose to add. Only add information you are entitled to use. Roofing businesses remain responsible for the customer information they put into their documents.
Website requests
When you submit a contact, support or removal request, we store your name, email address, request type, platform, message and submission time. We use these details to handle your enquiry, verify removal requests and keep a record of the outcome. A hashed request identifier is used to limit abusive submissions. Requests are not publicly accessible.
Why information is processed
Information is used to provide the service, handle enquiries, maintain account security and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, the basis is performance of our service agreement, legitimate interests in supporting and securing the service, or a legal obligation. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it.
Sharing and security
Service providers supporting hosting, storage and communication may process information to deliver the service. A quote or invoice shared through a customer link is available to people with that link; treat links as private. Apple, Google and payment providers process information under their own policies when you use their services.
Retention and removal
Requested data removal is completed within 14 working days, providing a grace period. You can request deletion of your account and associated data or identify selected records for removal. Where a legal obligation prevents removal of a particular record, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period when handling your request.
Account deletion does not remove copies independently held by your customers, roofing contractor, payment provider or app store. You are responsible for cancelling Apple or Google Play subscriptions separately.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to use of your personal information. Use the account and data removal form for deletion, or the contact form for other rights. We may verify your identity before releasing or deleting information. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the latest version.
