Using Roofer Quote
Roofer Quote helps roofing businesses prepare quotes and invoices and record payments. Use it lawfully, provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or upload content you have no right to use.
Your documents and responsibilities
You are responsible for customer details, measurements, rates, VAT treatment, terms and payment records entered into the app. Review calculations and documents before sending them. Roofer Quote does not replace professional, legal, tax or accounting advice.
Work agreed with customers
Roofing work, pricing, deposits, warranties, cancellations and disputes are matters between the roofing business and its customer. RAZZA LTD is not a party to those contracts. A customer acceptance or signature records a decision on a document; the business remains responsible for the agreement and any legal requirements.
Payments and subscriptions
Recording a payment is not proof that money has cleared; confirm receipt with your bank or payment provider. External payment services have their own terms. Any app-store subscription price, renewal and cancellation conditions are those shown when you subscribe.
You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Uninstalling Roofer Quote or deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.
Account and data removal
Request removal through the account and data removal page. Data is removed within 14 working days, allowing a grace period. Save any documents you need before deletion; removal is permanent once completed. Ownership verification may be needed to protect your account.
Availability and your rights
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network issues or third-party services. Keep copies of business records you need. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory statutory rights.
